Story:
The painting represents my Ancestor’s Stone Dreaming. This painting shows the e Stones surrounding the land represented by the small cream dots. In the centre of the painting is the river that is dry and empty of water and as the sands meander through scrubby shrubs the Stones weave. The rocky area of the hills is shown by the brown lines. The stones represent strength, spirituality and resilience.
