This is a beautiful organic cotton summer scarf featuring artwork from Aboriginal Artist Pauline Nampijinpa Singleton. This is a multicoloured design of dots but is dominated by a blue hue against shades of brown.

These scarfs are lovely and long so you can wear them as a shawl, they are light for warmer weather, and of course they look absolutely stunning.

About the artwork:
This particular site of the Yankirri Jukurpa, (emu dreaming) is at Ngarlikurlangu, north of Yuendumu. The yankirri travelled to the rockhole at Ngarlikurlangu to find water. Emus are usually represented by their wirliya (footprints), arrow-like shapes that show them walking around eating yakajirri (bush raisin).

Size 200 x 70 cm
Made in India under license from the artist.
