Painted in Central Australia in 2024 on a black canvas piece, this is an intricately painted design depicting the story of a family digging for honey ants in the Australian outback.

The ants are painted in a black colour with a yellow honey-coloured abdomen on a brown background, circled by green dots. The symbols representing the family surround the ants and are painted in brown and white.

Background is made up of Kathleen's signature fine dot work, using contrasting colours of red, yellow and green. 

Comes ready to hang or stand in black matted frame.
