Painted in Central Australia in 2024 on a black canvas piece, this is an intricately painted design depicting the Australian Topknot Pigeon.
Kathleen likes to make her bird paintings feel more realistic, which she has done here with beautiful detail in grey, purple and white plumage to create an iridescent appearance.
Background is made up of Kathleen's signature fine dot work, using contrasting colours of purple, orange, and red with yellow to compliment the pigeon's feathers.
Comes ready to hang or stand in black matted frame.
