Painted in Central Australia in 2025 on a black canvas piece, this is an intricately painted design depicting a pair of the Boobook Owl.
Kathleen likes to make her bird paintings feel more realistic, which she has done here with beautiful detail in brown and yellow to bring attention to the spangled feathers and intensity to the eyes.
Background is made up of Kathleen's signature fine dot work, using contrasting colours of green, blue, yellow and purple to make the owls really stand out.
Comes ready to hang or stand in a white matted frame. Please note there is a very slight nick on the bottom left corner on the frame only, visible in image.

We endeavour to dispatch all orders that don’t require framing within 2 business days. Express orders placed before midday are usually dispatched same day.
